September has been an incredibly busy month for delivering training and one of the highlights was heading off to Bournemouth to deliver training to the SENDIASS team of staff and volunteer Parent Champions. We had a brilliant time, sharing ideas for better self-care, what does to look after yourself really mean and how we can manage the impact of supporting others in crisis.

We also went old school – no Powerpoint slides, instead, in this beautiful location on the beach front, we create posters with key notes and hung them on a washing line! Used flipchart for notes and chucked beans bags to demonstrate impact.
